1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and other major international cards processed through encrypted payment gateways
• Bank Transfers: Wire transfers to our designated corporate account (details provided upon booking confirmation)
• Digital Payment Platforms: Where available, secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, PayFort)

All transactions are processed in USD, EGP, or EUR. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Payment Schedule

Standard Bookings:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20–30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your reservation
• Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your tour start date
• Last-Minute Bookings (within 30 days of departure): Full payment is required at the time of booking

Private Tours & Custom Itineraries:

• Payment terms may be customized based on itinerary complexity and will be outlined in your personalized quote

3. Price Guarantees & Inclusions

• All prices quoted are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
• Prices include licensed Egyptologist guide, private air-conditioned transport, standard site admissions, and bottled water as detailed in your itinerary
• Prices exclude international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, optional excursions, and special-entry tickets (e.g., Nefertari Tomb, Tutankhamun Tomb) misrtours.net

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days
• Bank processing fees or currency conversion differences are non-refundable.
• Force Majeure: In cases of government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we offer full credit vouchers valid for 24 months or rescheduling options where feasible.

5. Changes & Amendments

• Itinerary modifications requested more than 30 days before departure: No administrative fee (subject to availability and price adjustments)
• Changes requested within 30 days of departure: Subject to a $75 administrative fee plus any supplier-imposed charges
• Name changes on bookings: Permitted up to 14 days before departure with valid documentation

6. Security & Data Protection

• All online payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant, SSL-encrypted systems
• We do not store full credit card details on our servers
• Your personal and payment information is used solely for booking fulfillment and is never sold to third parties

7. Important Notices

✅ Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. MisrTours.net is not liable for losses incurred due to uninsured events.

✅ Visa & Entry Requirements: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, and compliance with entry requirements for Egypt, Jordan, or other destinations.

✅ Price Adjustments: In rare cases of significant currency fluctuations or supplier price increases exceeding 10%, we reserve the right to adjust quoted prices. Customers will be notified immediately and may cancel with full refund if they do not accept revised pricing.
